Solacoat insulating coating has the following properties:
- radiates up to 84%+ of the infrared (heat) rays back
into the sky.
- is cost effective - a mere 40 micron thickness applied
to any material is all that is necessary.
- reduces thermal expansion of metal and concrete, so
reducing stress fracture damage to buildings.
- is waterproof where there is no ponding.
- is more effective than conventional insulations. Fibreglass
or wool batts only slow the rate of heat transfer and
allow heat to build up in ceiling and wall cavities.
SOLACOAT rejects the heat on the outside.
- is far cheaper to install than conventional insulations.
